Lemon Verbena:  An amazing little herb.  Dry it and brew with it.  As the name suggests, it has a subtle lemon flavor.  This herb is hardy in zones 8-11, but can be grown as an annual or in pots elsewhere.  Sold in the same cones that the hops come in.
